When you register for a class or event, we collect your name, email address, and phone number, along with the details you choose to share on the registration form.

If you pay by card, your payment is processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. If you pay by Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, or Zelle, that transaction happens directly through those platforms, not on our site.

Only to manage class reservations, confirm your spot, and contact you about the class you registered for. That is it.

Your information is stored securely in our database and is accessible only to Swan City Mahj administrators.

We never sell or share your information with third parties, other than the payment processors listed above that are needed to process your registration.

We do not currently use cookies, analytics, or tracking tools on this site.

• Your seat is not reserved until payment is received.
• Payment must be sent within 24 hours of registering.
• Registration fees are non refundable unless the event is canceled by Swan City Mahj.
